Answers to our most frequently asked questions...

What are your printer capabilities?
Various production techniques are currently in operation at Graphic Impressions. They include:
• Gerber Edge - for smaller sized single to full color graphics
• Computer Cut Vinyl film - used for all signage types on it's own or in conjunction with full color programs. Material allowance up to 48".
• Full Color Digital - Mimaki or Arizona printers - solvent based inks containing UV inhibitors. UV laminate applied to provided for long-term protection. Maximum allowance up to 54".

What type of material do you use?
We carry 3M Intermediate and high performance vinyls for computer cut and digital production. Overlaminate protection available for digital graphics films. Material to be determined on a client by client basis depending on the needs/requests of the program.

What substrates/backings do you offer for signage?
Acrylic, Aluminum, Alumilite, Banner, Coroplast, Gatorfoam, MDO, Sintra/PVC, Styrene

What vinyl colors are available to me?
Computer cut vinyl is available in hundreds colors and shades. Digital print vinyl can be matched within 90% of a PMS selected.

How do you receive small or large format files for output? What files do you accept?

Can you scan pictures or logos?
Yes, pictures can be scanned up to sizing of 8.5" x 11. We can seam and build for an additional charge if the picture is larger than size noted above.

What is your standard turn around time?
Supply only graphics: 3 to 5 business. Supply & install: 5 to 7 business days.

Do you ship and install in other locations?
Graphic Impressions has a large network of capable installers in Canada and the USA. Graphics can be shipped to any of these various locations - even the very next day. Shipping charges may apply.

Do you have standard sizes for banners, magnetics, and sandwich boards?
Sizes vary according to client request. Various sizes available, including custom orders. Most commonly used examples of each are listed below:
• Banners: 2x4, 4x6, 4x8.
• Magnetics 12" x 24"
• Sandwich Boards: 32" x 24", 36" x 24"

What are our accepted terms of payment?
Application form/Credit card sales form-attach for download.
Clients not on account pay upon receipt of graphics. A 50% deposit may be required before production commences. Method of payment accepted are: VISA, Mastercard, Debit, CASH, Check.

What is your warranty policy?
Computer cut graphics carry up to 10 years warranty!

Piezoelecrtic 4 colour products carry up to 5 years outdoor warranty!
